I am a passionate social entrepreneur and development practitioner dedicated to driving inclusive, sustainable economic growth in Lesotho through innovative agriculture, education, and community-based business initiatives. With a strong background in rural development, project design, and funding acquisition, I work closely with schools, farmers, and local leaders to create resilient income-generating projects that empower youth, women, and underserved communities.
My work includes the establishment of aeroponic potato farms, traditional poultry cooperatives, and community-integrated school enterprises, each with a focus on environmental sustainability, food security, and job creation.
Key Projects & Ventures:
- Maluti SkyRoot Farms: Climate-smart aeroponics farming for potato production in Lesotho's highlands.
- St. Philomena RC School Project: School-based potato aeroponics to combat rural poverty and improve school retention.
- Thaba-Khubelu Layers Farm: 5,000-layer poultry farm supplying eggs locally and promoting youth agripreneurship.
- Hloahloeng Ha-Nkau Community Agri-Hub: Integrates traditional chicken farming and vegetable cultivation with a profit-sharing model for villagers.
- Puzzle Parking Maseru Proposal: Urban innovation for vehicle congestion and city infrastructure modernization.
My Goals in Joining JamiiTrade:
- To connect with like-minded African entrepreneurs, development partners, and potential investors.
- To scale my agricultural and education projects beyond Lesotho through cross-border collaboration.
- To access knowledge, markets, tools, and capacity-building opportunities that JamiiTrade offers.
- To contribute actively to peer discussions, trade policy reforms, and community building within the Jamii ecosystem.
